What to remember

Case studies are real or realistic examples to discuss and learn from.

They help you practise decision-making in a safe space.

Discuss in groups: what would you do?

Case studies are stories about realistic situations. For example: 'A participant refuses to work with another person because of their background. What do you do?' Case studies help you practise handling difficult situations before they happen in real life. In this module, you will work through several case studies in groups. There is no one right answer — the goal is to think about your options and discuss them with others.
