What to remember

1

Project evaluation looks at the bigger picture over time.

2

Did the project achieve its goals? What was the impact?

3

Document what worked and what you would change.

Project evaluation is different from workshop evaluation. It looks at the bigger picture. Did the whole project achieve its goals? What was the impact on participants over time? What worked well? What would you change? Project evaluation is important for funders (like the EU), for your organisation, and for future planning. Document everything — numbers, stories, feedback, photos. This helps you and others learn from the experience.
