Evaluation: Target Board
A visual way to evaluate a workshop. Participants put stickers on a target to show their opinion.
Good for groups of 5–30 people
Time needed: 15 minutes
Available in: IS, English
How to use it
Draw a target (bullseye) on a large paper. Write 4 questions around it.
Example questions: 'I learned something new', 'The methods were good', 'I felt included', 'I would recommend this'.
Give each participant 4 stickers.
Participants place stickers: centre = strongly agree, edge = disagree.
Discuss the results together as a group.
